WORLD OME NET Terms of Use

Crafters Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates the service "WORLD OME NET" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") and the accompanying website, applications, and related software (hereinafter referred to as "Associated Websites, etc."). Users agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms of Use") in using this Service and Associated Websites, etc.

3. However, the provided personal information shall not include names, addresses, or dates of birth.

Device ID and type, settings and characteristics of each device and application, application crashes, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA), language, OS, cookies, and other technology-linked identifiers (such as IMEI/UDID, MAC address) that distinguish the user's device and browser.

(2) In-App Behavior History Information

The occurrence and number of all in-app activities such as login dates and times, swipe counts, matching counts, number of messages sent and received, tracked in conjunction with the device information mentioned above.

(3) Cookie Information

Behavior history information such as pages viewed and time of use by users who access this Service and Associated Websites, etc.

4. Users can opt out of device information and cookie information and can obtain information such as unique device identification IDs from the URL listed below.

Article 5 (Usage Fees)

Users can use this Service and Associated Websites, etc., free of charge.

Article 6 (Provision of Services)

The Company may, at its discretion, restrict users of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., considering the purposes set forth in Article 4.

Article 7 (Non-Applicability of These Terms of Use)

1. If new Associated Websites, etc., are released, the Company may not apply these Terms of Use to such newly released Associated Websites, etc.

2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the fact that these Terms of Use do not apply will be stated on the terms of use page of the relevant Associated Websites, etc.

Article 8 (Handling of Registration Information, etc.)

Users shall use this Service understanding that their registration information will be viewed by other users, user companies, or third parties according to their own public settings on this Service.

Article 9 (Member Registration)

Those who wish to use this Service and Associated Websites, etc., must obtain an account on the social media specified by the Company and use that account to register as a member of this Service. The types of social media specified by the Company may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.

Article 10 (Responsibility of Members)

1. Users shall use this Service and Associated Websites, etc., at their own responsibility and bear all responsibility related to their use.

2. Users are responsible for the content of their registration information.

3. Users may modify their registration information at any time at their own responsibility.

Article 11 (No Guarantee)

1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the following:

(1) That this Service and Associated Websites, etc., are free from errors or other defects, that servers, etc., do not contain viruses or other harmful elements, and that there are no flaws in the infrastructure and systems for providing this Service.

(2) That the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., by users does not infringe the rights of third parties.

(3) That the information on this Service and Associated Websites, etc., is accurate and reflects the latest content.

(4) That the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., is useful to users.

(5) That the Company will store messages sent and received by users, registered registration information, job information, and all other information on this Service and Associated Websites, etc.

2. Users shall use this Service and Associated Websites, etc., understanding the contents mentioned in the preceding paragraph and shall take necessary measures (including but not limited to the storage of backups of materials) at their own responsibility and expense to prevent the occurrence of costs and damages due to the absence of these guarantees.

3. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage arising from the contents listed in paragraph 1 of this article.

Article 12 (Cancellation of Membership)

1. Users can cancel their membership of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., at any time by the method specified by the Company.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is no access to the individual user screen of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., for a period of one year after registration, the membership may be canceled.

3. Registration information stored in the database of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., which exceeds a certain period, may be deleted during database maintenance of this Service.

Article 13 (Prohibited Actions)

1. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions (hereinafter referred to as "Prohibited Actions"). If the Company determines that a user has violated these prohibitions, it may take appropriate measures such as deleting the offending content, suspending all or part of the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., terminating membership, or other actions deemed appropriate by the Company.

(1) Commercial activities without the consent of the Company

  A. Transmission of information related to network business (including MLM, money games, etc.), pyramid schemes, lead mail invitations, and similar information

  B. Use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., for commercial advertising and promotional purposes (except with the Company's approval)

  C. Transmission of information for the purpose of buying, selling, or exchanging goods or services (including advertising and solicitation), both for profit and non-profit purposes, without the Company's permission

  D. Transferring the right to use all or part of this Service and Associated Websites, etc.

  E. Engaging in or promoting transactions exchanging the right to use all or part of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., for cash or other property or property benefits

(2) Defaming or infringing the rights of other users or third parties

  A. Acts or transmissions that defame or insult other users or third parties, or damage their reputation or credit

  B. Transmission of expressions or content that could lead to discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, creed, social status, residence, physical characteristics, medical history, education, property, etc.

  C. Transmission of personal information without the individual's consent (excluding information about public figures, etc., that is generally public)

  D. Acts or transmissions that infringe or may infringe on the intellectual property rights (such as trademark rights, copyright, author's moral rights, etc.), rights of publicity, portrait rights, etc., of third parties

  E. Acts or transmissions that infringe or may infringe on the property, privacy, or other personal rights of third parties

2. Actions against social ethics or laws

(1) Transmission of acts, expressions, or content that encourage, affirm, solicit, or promote illegal drugs, illegal weapons such as firearms and guns, explosives, prostitution, child pornography, forgery of public documents, murder, assault, fraud, theft, or other crimes or violations of laws

(2) Transmission of acts, expressions, or content that are socially harmful or could be, such as promoting, affirming, or encouraging criminal or other illegal acts

(3) Threats or stalking acts that announce harm to other users or third parties

(4) Pre-election campaigning, election campaigning, similar acts, or acts that violate the Public Offices Election Law

(5) Other acts, expressions, or content that violate laws, public order, and morals, or could do so

3. Actions lacking good sense or decency

(1) Transmission of content that affirms, solicits, or promotes killing, abuse, suicide, or suicidal behavior, or could do so (including sending information on methods of killing or suicide)

(2) Transmission of excessively cruel or violent content or images (including illustrations and paintings)

(3) Transmission of expressions or content that are deemed inappropriate by social norms, or could be

(4) Transmission of adult images or videos (including illustrations and paintings)

(5) Transmission of content or images (including illustrations and paintings) that significantly stimulate sexual desire

(6) Transmission of sexual expressions that suggest obscene acts, targets, or other indecent expressions or content

(7) Other transmissions of expressions or content that may be offensive to other users

4. Other

(1) Impersonating individuals or organizations (including wrongful impersonation of another person)

(2) Acts that solicit, preach, or seek donations for religious organizations or similar entities

(3) Financial transactions between users

(4) Entering false registration information.

(5) Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 14 (Deletion of Information, Suspension of Service Use, and Deletion of Accounts)

The Company may, without prior notice, delete data or content, suspend all or part of the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., or delete accounts, if any of the following reasons occur in order to operate the Service and Associated Websites, etc., appropriately and smoothly:

(1) If the user violates the prohibited actions defined in these Terms of Use.

(2) If the Company deems there is a risk of violating the previous item.

Article 15 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may, at any time and without prior notice to users, change all or part of the content of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., or suspend their provision.

Article 16 (Scope of Responsibility)

1. The Company bears no responsibility for any disputes between users arising from the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc., and users shall resolve such disputes at their own expense and responsibility.

2. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by users as a result of actions taken by the Company based on these Terms of Use.

Article 17 (Contract Period and Termination)

1. The contract based on these Terms of Use between the user and the Company (hereinafter referred to as "this Contract") shall commence on the date the user registers as a member of this Service and shall remain valid as long as the membership registration continues.

2. Users may terminate this Contract voluntarily by following the cancellation procedure through the withdrawal function of this Service or Associated Websites, etc.

Article 18 (No Guarantee)

The Company does not guarantee that this Service and Associated Websites, etc., are free from factual or legal defects (including, but not limited to, defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for specific purposes, security, errors, bugs, and rights infringement).

Article 19 (Exemption from Liability)

1. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of this Service and Associated Websites, etc.

2. The Company makes no guarantee regarding the truthfulness, completeness, comprehensiveness, accuracy, legality, safety, usefulness, effectiveness, and appropriateness, etc., of user registration information other than the information provided by the Company itself, and bears no responsibility for any damages arising from user registration information.

3. If the Company receives complaints or claims from other users or third parties in connection with the truthfulness, etc., of a user's registration information, the user who posted that information shall respond to it at their own expense and responsibility.

4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, if the Company incurs damages or other monetary payments in connection with the truthfulness, etc., of a user's registration information, the Company may claim the full amount from the user who posted that information.

Article 20 (Changes to These Terms of Use)

1. The Company may change these Terms of Use at any time.

2. Users who use this Service and Associated Websites, etc., after the changes to these Terms of Use have been displayed are deemed to have accepted such changes.

Article 21 (Compensation for Damages)

If a user violates these Terms of Use and causes damage to the Company, the user is obligated to compensate for all damages incurred by the Company (including both direct and indirect damages).

Article 22 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms of Use shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
