Crafters Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall comply with the following provisions regarding the handling of information obtained from users of the service "WORLD OME NET" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") operated by the Company, and its accompanying website, associated applications, and related software (hereinafter referred to as "Associated Websites, etc."). 3. The Company will manage the personal information acquired based on the previous paragraph appropriately and will not disclose or provide it to third parties without the user's consent.
4. The Company will manage the personal information obtained based on paragraph 1 of this article accurately and in its most current state, and will take reasonable safety measures against risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and strive for prevention and correction.
5. When the Company outsources the processing of personal information, it will obligate through contracts to prevent leakage and unauthorized provision to third parties, and will implement appropriate management of the outsourced entity.
6. Inquiries regarding personal information held by the Company will be handled at the Company's inquiry contact.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
1. The personal information acquired by the Company based on paragraph 1 of the preceding article will be used within the scope of the following defined purposes.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)
1. The Company will comply with related laws and regulations and guidelines set by the government regarding the protection of personal information.
2. The Company will establish a personal information protection management system, review it regularly, and continuously improve it.
Article 4 (Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.)
1. If the Company is requested by the user to notify the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add, delete, stop using, erase, and stop providing to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") personal information, the Company will conduct an internal investigation and review on the disclosure, etc. of personal information.
2. Following the internal investigation and review, the Company may decide not to respond to the request for disclosure, etc. from the user.
3. When users make a request for disclosure, etc., they shall do so via mail in accordance with the following procedures. If there are any deficiencies or omissions in the request content, the request itself may not be accepted. In addition, users shall bear a handling fee of 1,000 yen per request for the disclosure of personal information or notification of the purpose of use, to be sent via registered cash mail.
4. Personal information received via the "Personal Information Disclosure Request Form" will be used for inquiry responses and not for any other purposes.

If the person making the request is a legal representative or a representative appointed by the individual, in addition to the documents mentioned in the previous paragraph, include the following documents:
A. In the case of a legal representative
(A) Documents to verify legal representation authority, such as a family register extract, or a copy of a health insurance card with dependents listed, if a parent.
(B) Documents to verify the identity of the legal representative, such as a copy of a document that can confirm the representative's name and current address: driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.
B. In the case of a representative by appointment
(A) Power of Attorney (attachment to the Personal Information Disclosure Request Form)

(C) Documents to verify the identity of the representative by appointment, such as a copy of a document that can confirm the representative's name and current address: driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.
Article 5 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
1. If the Company is requested by the individual to correct or delete personal information, and the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, it will perform the correction or deletion of the personal information after verifying the identity of the individual.
